The gold beads, clasp, wire protectors and jump rings (the little gold circles) are 14k gold-filled: a thick layer of real 14k gold bonded to a core, with many times more gold than gold plating. Caring for your jewelry
Put pearls and gemstones on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray — and wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store each piece on its own in a pouch or box so nothing scratches, and keep silver somewhere dry to slow tarnishing.
